Wednesday night 10-29 at 6pm in the band room – mandatory
competition volunteer meeting. We are counting down and it is less than 2 weeks until we host the marching band competition. Please see attached list. You are assigned to one or two shifts. If there is a problem or I made a mistake please let me know. Also, please be flexible. We may need to reassign you to a different place if the need arises.
Thursday night 10-30 is senior night AND a home football game.
We need freshman, sophomore, and junior parents to help serve dinner for this special occasion honoring our seniors and their families. We will also have the world famous taco stand up and running that night. We need donations for the dinner and taco stand. Please sign up at www.perfectpotluck.com

Our end of band camp beach party will be located at Capo Beach (34900 Palisades Dr, Dana Point, CA 92624) and will go from 5pm-8:30pm Thursday, 8/28/14. Please bring enough of your assigned food -see flyer below- for 10-15 people.
6 PM: Parents please go to the band room for a meeting with the boosters, where we will have a short presentation for the upcoming season.
7 PM: Performance on the football field.
Our first football game is this Friday, August 29th. If you are in town please plan on attending; While not mandatory, these games are an important part of our school’s culture and our team really appreciates the support. That said, please let your section leader know if you cannot attend.
Also, please be sure to bring snacks or money for the snack shack.
